When This Medicine Should Not Be Used: This medicine is not right for everyone. This medicine should not be given if your child had an allergic reaction to ibuprofen lysine. |
How to Use This Medicine: Injectable - A nurse or other health professional will give your child this medicine.
- This medicine is given to your child through the IV that is already in place.

Warnings While Using This Medicine: - Make sure the doctor knows if your child has any infection or bleeding problems.

Possible Side Effects While Using This Medicine: Call your doctor right away if you notice any of these side effects: - Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
- High fever and chills
- Unusual bleeding, bruising, or weakness
- Yellow skin or eyes
If you notice these less serious side effects, talk with your doctor: - Redness, swelling, or rash
