When This Medicine Should Not Be Used:
You should not use this medicine if you have had an allergic reaction to leucovorin. |
How to Use This Medicine:
Tablet - Your doctor will tell you how much medicine to take and how often. Make sure you understand your doctor's orders.
- If you vomit right after you take this medicine, tell your doctor.

Drugs and Foods to Avoid:
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before using any other medicine, including over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products. - Make sure your doctor knows if you are also taking fluorouracil, phenobarbital, phenytoin (Dilantin®), or primidone (Mysoline®).

Warnings While Using This Medicine: - If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before taking this medicine.
- Before taking this medicine, make sure your doctor knows if you have anemia.

Possible Side Effects While Using This Medicine:
Call your doctor right away if you notice any of these side effects: - Wheezing or trouble breathing
- Skin rash, itching, or hives
- Swelling in the lips, face, or tongue
